The duration of the Budget-Friendly Hajj package typically ranges from 35 to 42 days. The schedule is carefully planned to ensure the utmost convenience for our esteemed Hajj pilgrims while aligning with airline availability.
In accordance with the regulations set by the Saudi government, key aspects such as flight schedules, hotel accommodations, and travel distances are determined by the Bangladesh government. As a private Hajj package operator, we design our offerings with a pilgrim-friendly approach, ensuring a smooth and fulfilling journey.
Since our package is non-shifting, pilgrims on this package will travel to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, within the first few days of the Hajj flight.

Day – 1 | Dhaka-Jeddah-Makkah
Your Hajj journey from Bangladesh will commence at Haji Camp, Ashkona. At the designated time, you will need to present your group-based passport, collect your boarding pass from the airline counter, and proceed to the airport in the assigned transport provided by the airline.
It is important to note that your initial check-in will be completed at Haji Camp, where you will also place your luggage on the belt. (Rest assured, our agency representatives will be there to assist you.)
- Immigration formalities will be completed at Haji Camp.
- You may wear Ihram here if you wish, or you must don Ihram before reaching Miqat.

Day 8 | 8th Dhul Hijjah – Journey to Mina (Day of Tarwiyah)
On this blessed day, I will enter Ihram once again with the sincere intention of performing Hajj.
- I will embark on my journey to Mina, located 5 km from Makkah, InshaAllah.
- Arriving in Mina, the "City of Tents," I will join millions of fellow pilgrims, united in faith and purpose.
- Throughout the day, I will pray, reflect, and mentally and physically prepare for the sacred journey ahead, InshaAllah.
- I will spend my time engaged in prayer, reciting the Quran, and supplicating to Allah, seeking His mercy and blessings.
