Five Days of Hajj – A Simple Guide with Royal Hajj BD
At Royal Hajj BD, we ensure complete spiritual and logistical support during the five holy days of Hajj (8–12 Dhul-Hijjah), so our pilgrims can focus fully on their ibadah while we handle the rest.
Day 1 – 8th Dhul-Hijjah (Mina)
Enter into Ihram, make niyyah for Hajj.
Travel to Mina and perform five prayers (Qasr).
Stay in Mina with zikr, tilawah, and dua.
Masail: Staying in Mina is Sunnah Muakkadah. Prayers are shortened, not combined.
Day 2 – 9th Dhul-Hijjah (Arafah → Muzdalifah)
Proceed to Arafah, listen to khutbah.
Pray Dhuhr & Asr (Jama’ & Qasr), make Wuquf till sunset.
Travel to Muzdalifah after sunset, pray Maghrib & Isha, stay overnight.
Masail: Wuquf is Fard. Staying at Muzdalifah is Wajib. Delaying Maghrib is mandatory.
Day 3 – 10th Dhul-Hijjah (Mina → Makkah)
Rami at Jamarah al-Aqaba (7 pebbles).
Offer Qurbani, shave or trim hair (Halq/Taqsir).
Exit Ihram (1st Tahallul).
Perform Tawaf al-Ifadah and Sa’i.
Masail: Tawaf al-Ifadah is Fard. Qurbani is Wajib for non-residents.
Day 4 – 11th Dhul-Hijjah (Mina)
Perform Rami at all 3 Jamaraat (Sughra, Wusta, Kubra) after Zawal.
Masail: Correct sequence is mandatory. Missed Rami may require Dam.
Day 5 – 12th Dhul-Hijjah (Mina)
Repeat Rami of 3 Jamaraat.
If leaving Mina (Nafr-e-Awwal), do so before Maghrib.
Else, stay for Day 6.
Masail: Leaving after sunset makes Day 6 stay compulsory.
Day 6 – 13th Dhul-Hijjah (Mina)
Final Rami of 3 Jamaraat, then depart Mina.
Masail: Staying is Sunnah. Rami missed without excuse requires Dam.
